This page explains what information Travelreport.ai collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: yourreport@travelreport.ai.
What we collect
- What you enter: your email address, destination, travel dates and any trip preferences you add.
- Order details: the plan you chose, payment status and the reports we generate for you. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
- Where you came from: campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) and the referring site.
- Technical data: approximate country and city derived from your IP address, your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To generate your preview and report and email it to you.
- To send Travel Report Weekly, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To handle payments, support requests and refunds.
- To understand which ads and pages work, in aggregate, and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting and storage of leads, orders and reports.
- Google (Gemini API): your destination, dates and trip preferences are sent to generate report content. Your email address is not sent for this.
- Google Workspace: sending report emails.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Beehiiv: the Travel Report Weekly newsletter (your email address and campaign source).
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel measure page views and conversions using cookies.
How long we keep it
Lead and trip details are kept for about 13 months, and reports and orders for about 180 days, then deleted automatically. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required for accounting. Newsletter data stays with Beehiiv until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue. To access, correct or delete your information, email yourreport@travelreport.ai from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
