These terms explain how Travelreport.ai ("we", "us") provides custom travel reports and the free Travel Report Weekly newsletter. By requesting a preview or buying a report you agree to them. Questions? Email yourreport@travelreport.ai.

What we provide

Free preview: enter a destination, travel dates and your email to see a short preview of your report.
Full report: a 14-section travel report for your destination and dates, delivered as a PDF by email and through a private link.
Plans: Single Report ($19, one-time), 3-Report Pack ($39, one-time: this report plus 2 credits valid for 12 months) and Travel Agent Annual ($590 per year, for travel agents and advisors: 1 seat for one named user, up to 240 reports per year, unused reports don't roll over, renews yearly until you cancel). Prices are in US dollars.

How reports are made

Reports are researched and written with the help of AI models that use web search and Google Maps data, then formatted automatically. We work to make them accurate and useful, but they can contain mistakes or information that has changed since the report was generated (opening hours, prices, events, entry rules and safety conditions change often).

Reports are for trip planning only. They are not legal, immigration, medical, safety or financial advice. Always confirm visas, entry and health requirements, travel advisories and bookings with official sources and the businesses involved.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The Travel Agent Annual plan renews automatically each year at the price shown when you bought it unless you cancel before the renewal date; email us to cancel.

If you tick the newsletter box when you request a preview or buy a report, we subscribe you to Travel Report Weekly, our free newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect reports you have bought.

Acceptable use

Please use the service for your own trip planning. Don't resell reports in bulk, scrape the site, or try to disrupt or overload it. We may refuse or limit requests that look automated or abusive.

Your report

Your report is for your personal use, and you can share it with the people you travel with. Report links are private but not password-protected, so share them with care. We keep reports available for about 180 days.

Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed; changes apply to purchases made after that date.
